About the Internship
Selected interns will closely assist in criminal defence matters and gain hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and courtroom-oriented work. The role is designed to provide practical insight into litigation strategy and procedural aspects of criminal trials and appeals.
Interns may also support work connected with appearances before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts.
Eligibility Criteria
• Final-year LL.B. or LL.M. students
• Demonstrated interest in Criminal Law and Litigation
Candidates with strong research and drafting skills will be preferred.
Responsibilities
• Conducting legal research and preparing drafts
• Assisting in criminal defence cases
• Supporting matters related to appearances before the Supreme Court of India and various High Courts
Stipend
Remuneration will be provided in line with industry standards.
