About the Internship

JSA is currently inviting applications for a long-term internship in its Labour & Employment practice at the Gurugram office.

The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain practical exposure to labour and employment law, while also working on corporate and commercial legal matters handled by the firm.

Interns will have the opportunity to work closely with experienced professionals and contribute to ongoing assignments within the practice group.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the internship must meet the following requirements:

• Final-year law students
• Candidates with 1–2 prior internships in labour and employment law
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills

Responsibilities of Interns

Selected interns will assist the team with tasks such as:

• Drafting legal documents and research notes
• Conducting legal research on labour and employment law issues
• Assisting the legal team with day-to-day assignments and case preparation

Duration

The internship is offered as a long-term engagement, providing extended exposure to the firm’s labour and employment practice.
