About the Internship

Patel Law Chambers (PLC India) is inviting applications for the position of Legal Intern for a full-time, on-site internship at its office in Jodhpur.

The internship offers law students an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in litigation and legal advisory work, while working closely with practicing advocates and assisting in various legal tasks.

Roles and Responsibilities

Selected interns will be involved in:

• Conducting legal research on various legal issues
• Assisting in drafting legal documents, pleadings, and applications
• Supporting senior advocates in case preparation
• Observing and assisting during court proceedings
• Handling client communication and basic administrative tasks where required

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the internship must meet the following requirements:

• Law students in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year LL.B. programme
• Good understanding of legal principles and relevant laws
• Familiarity with legal research tools and databases
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preference may be given to candidates with prior exposure to litigation or court work.
