About the Internship

Legalics Law Offices is inviting applications for a 3-month Assessment Internship in its General Corporate and Real Estate practice.

This internship is designed not just for training but also as an evaluation pathway for potential full-time roles, making it a strong opportunity for final-year students seeking placements.

Eligibility

Applicants must be:

• Final-year LL.B. students (graduating between June–August)
• Equipped with strong drafting, analytical, and research skills
• Familiar with:
  • Company Law
  • Contract Law
  • Real Estate Laws
• Able to manage multiple assignments and work collaboratively

Responsibilities

Interns will work on:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts (NDAs, vendor agreements, consultancy agreements, etc.)
• Assisting in corporate advisory, compliance, and governance matters
• Supporting business transactions and legal documentation
• Conducting legal research on corporate and real estate issues
• Working on Title Search Reports (TSRs) and property documentation
• Assisting in due diligence for transactions
