HPSC Announces Common Screening Test for Assistant District Attorney and Superintendent (Legal) Posts; Exam on July 5

The Haryana Public Service Commission (HPSC) has officially announced the schedule for the Common Screening Test to be conducted for candidates who have applied for the posts of Assistant District Attorney (ADA) in the Prosecution Department, Haryana, and Superintendent (Legal) in the Law and Legislative Department, Haryana.

The announcement, issued on June 23, 2026, informs applicants that the Commission has decided to conduct a single screening examination for both recruitment processes. Thousands of law graduates and legal professionals aspiring to secure government legal positions in Haryana are expected to appear for the examination.

Common Screening Test Schedule

According to the notification, the Common Screening Test will be held as per the following schedule:

Admit Cards to be Released on June 25

HPSC has informed candidates that admit cards for the Common Screening Test will be available for download from June 25, 2026 onwards.

Candidates can download their admit cards through the official website of the Haryana Public Service Commission. The Commission has advised applicants not to wait until the last moment and to ensure that they possess a clear and legible printout of their admit card before the examination date.

Important Instructions Issued by HPSC

The Commission has emphasized that candidates must strictly comply with the instructions mentioned in the announcement and on the admit card.

Some of the key instructions include:

• Candidates should download and print the admit card on A4-size paper.
• The photograph and other personal particulars printed on the admit card must be clearly visible.
• Candidates carrying small-sized printouts or admit cards with unclear photographs or signatures will not be allowed to enter the examination centre.
• Applicants must carefully read all instructions mentioned on the admit card before appearing for the examination.
