About the Internship
The August 2026 Paid Legal Internship is designed to provide aspiring legal professionals with hands-on exposure to litigation and corporate legal practice. Interns will actively participate in legal research, drafting, court proceedings, and client interactions while working under the guidance of experienced advocates.
Eligibility
Applicants must:
- Be currently enrolled in the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated LL.B. programme, or
- Be in the 2nd year or Final year of a 3-year LL.B. programme.
- Preferably possess knowledge of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016.
- Have basic knowledge of legal research platforms such as SCC Online and Manupatra.
Skills Required

Stipend
- ₹5,000 for the internship period.
- The stipend may be extended based on performance.
- The stipend will be paid only upon successful completion of the internship.
- No stipend shall be payable in case of early termination or discontinuation of the internship.
