ZEE Entertainment Enterprises Limited is inviting applications for a Legal Intern to join its in-house Legal Team in Chennai. The internship offers practical exposure to Media & Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property Law and commercial legal matters, including opportunities to work on live projects. ZEE's legal internship opportunities have also involved contract drafting, legal research, IP and commercial agreements.

About the Internship

ZEE Entertainment is looking for a Legal Intern to work with its in-house Legal Team.

The internship is designed to provide meaningful industry exposure and practical experience in areas including Media & Entertainment Law, Intellectual Property and commercial legal work. Selected interns may also get an opportunity to work on live legal projects.

Eligibility

Applicants should fulfil the following requirements:

• Students currently pursuing the 4th or 5th year of a 5-year integrated law course; or
• LL.M. students.
• Prior knowledge and/or experience in Intellectual Property Law.
• Strong legal research, drafting and analytical skills.
• Proactive and reliable approach with a willingness to take ownership of assignments.
• Ability to commit for a minimum of 3 months.
• Candidates must be available on a full-time or part-time basis.

Areas of Exposure

The internship will provide exposure to:

• Media & Entertainment Law.
• Intellectual Property Law.
• Commercial legal matters.
• Legal research and drafting.
• Live legal projects within an in-house legal environment.
