Supreme Court Justice J.B. Pardiwala Invites Applications for September–October 2026 Internship

Internship opportunities are available in the office of Hon’ble Justice J.B. Pardiwala, Judge, Supreme Court of India, for law students seeking practical exposure to judicial work at the Supreme Court. Justice Pardiwala has been serving as a Judge of the Supreme Court since May 9, 2022, following his elevation from the Gujarat High Court.

About Hon’ble Justice J.B. Pardiwala

Justice Jamshed Burjor Pardiwala was born on August 12, 1965, and began practising law in 1989. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of the Gujarat High Court in February 2011 and became a permanent Judge in January 2013.

He was elevated to the Supreme Court of India on May 9, 2022 and continues to serve as a sitting Judge of the Supreme Court.

About the Internship

The Office of Hon’ble Justice J.B. Pardiwala is inviting applications from eligible law students for internships for the months of September 2026 and October 2026.

The internship provides students with an opportunity to gain exposure to the functioning of the Supreme Court and judicial work.

Eligibility

Applicants must be currently enrolled in:

• 2nd or 3rd year of a three-year LL.B. course; or
• 3rd, 4th or 5th year of a five-year LL.B. course.

Duration

One month

The internship will commence from the first day of the month for which the student is selected.

Internships are available for:

• September 2026
• October 2026

Important Points

• Applications must be submitted at least three weeks before the commencement of the internship period.

• Virtual or remote internships are not available.

• Confirmation of the internship will be communicated through email one to two weeks before the commencement of the internship.

• No separate correspondence or applications through email will be entertained.

• The internship is unpaid.

• No stipend, allowance or reimbursement of any kind will be provided for undertaking the internship.
