Ministry of Mines Announces Recruitment for Legal Associates on Contractual Basis; Apply by July 10
The Ministry of Mines, Government of India, has invited applications for the posts of Senior Legal Associate and Legal Associate on a contractual basis. The recruitment aims to strengthen the Ministry's legal functions by engaging experienced legal professionals to assist in matters relating to mining laws, policy implementation, and legal advisory.
Eligible candidates with an LL.B. or LL.M. degree from a Bar Council of India-recognized University/Institution can apply. The selected candidates will receive a monthly remuneration of up to ₹1,75,000.
About the Ministry of Mines
The Ministry of Mines, Government of India, is responsible for the survey and exploration of minerals (excluding petroleum, natural gas, and atomic minerals), development of the mining sector, and administration of the Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957. The Ministry plays a crucial role in framing policies and promoting the sustainable development of India's mineral resources.
