New Delhi, May 13: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has officially declared the Class 12 Board Exam Results 2025 today, May 13. Students who appeared for the Senior Secondary examinations can now access their results on the official websites — cbse.gov.in, results.cbse.nic.in, and via the DigiLocker and UMANG portals.

How to Check CBSE Class 12 Result 2025

Students must keep their roll number, school number, and date of birth handy as mentioned on their admit card. These credentials are required to view and download their digital mark sheets.

Key Statistics for CBSE Class 12 Result 2025

  • Total Registered Students: 17,04,367
  • Students Appeared: 16,92,794
  • Students Passed: 14,96,307
  • Overall Pass Percentage: 88.39%

  • Central Tibetan Schools (STSS): 98.96%

These central government-run institutions have maintained exceptional academic performance in 2025.

Number of High Scorers

  • Students Scoring Above 90%: 1,11,544 (6.59%)
  • Students Scoring Above 95%: 24,867 (1.47%)

While the number of top scorers is relatively consistent, it highlights the high competition among students nationwide.

Compartment Category Data

  • Total Compartment Students: 1,29,095 (7.63%)
  • In 2024: 1,22,170 (7.54%)

There has been a slight increase in the number of students placed in the compartment category this year. These students will have the opportunity to appear in supplementary exams.
