NTA Opens Portal for PwBD Candidates to Submit Own Scribe Details for CUET (UG) 2025

New Delhi, 16 May 2025:
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened the portal for Persons with Benchmark Disabilities (PwBD) candidates of CUET (UG) 2025 to submit their own scribe details. This move comes in compliance with the directions of the Hon’ble Court, ensuring that candidates with disabilities have a fair and accessible examination process.

Important Dates and Schedule

According to the notice, the portal will remain active from:

  • Start Date: 16th May 2025 (12:00 PM)
  • End Date: 19th May 2025 (12:00 PM)

This initiative is specifically for PwBD candidates who wish to opt for their own scribe and had indicated the same in their application.

Steps to Submit Scribe Details

Candidates opting to submit their own scribe details must follow these steps:

  1. Login to CUET Portal:
    Visit the CUET official website and log in using your application number and password.

  2. Access the Scribe Section:
    Click on the "Register Scribe Details" button available on the candidate’s homepage. Note that this button will only be visible to those candidates who have opted for their own scribe and intend to provide scribe details before the Exam City Intimation.

  3. Submit Scribe Information:
    Choose the scribe option and fill in the required scribe details.

  4. Confirmation of Details:
    Once submitted, the scribe details will be reflected in the “View Application Form” section on the left-hand menu of the candidate homepage and also on the confirmation page.

Examination Details

The CUET (UG) 2025 examination is being conducted from 13th May 2025 to 3rd June 2025 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode for undergraduate admissions to various Central and other participating universities across India.
