Position: Legal Associate
Number of Vacancies: 02 (Two)
Location: Kolkata, West Bengal
MCO Legals is looking for experienced and skilled legal professionals to join its Litigation Team at its Kolkata office.
💼 Key Responsibilities
- Legal research and preparation of briefs
- Drafting petitions, replies, and legal documents
- Representation and assistance in litigation and arbitration matters
- Client coordination and advisory
- Assisting seniors in court proceedings
🎓 Essential Qualifications & Experience
- Must be a Practicing Advocate enrolled with the Bar Council of West Bengal
- Experience of 2–3 years in litigation/arbitration required (Covid-19 period excluded in calculation)
- Excellent legal drafting and research skills
- Strong communication and courtroom presence
- Preference will be given to candidates residing in Kolkata
