Allahabad University Releases Class Commencement Schedule for Various Departments

The University of Allahabad has officially announced the commencement of academic classes for various departments for the upcoming semester. As per the latest press release dated 07/07/2025, the classes for Anthropology, Physics, Psychology, and Mathematics departments are scheduled to begin in July 2025. Students are instructed to follow the academic timetable diligently.
Anthropology Department: Classes Starting from July 8, 2025
According to the press note from the Department of Anthropology, AU, the classes for B.A./B.Sc. II, III, and M.A./M.Sc. Semester III in Anthropology will commence from Tuesday, July 8, 2025.
Students are advised to attend the classes as per the given timetable. Faculty members have also been requested to take necessary action to ensure smooth commencement of classes.
Physics Department: MSc Semester III Classes from July 9, 2025
The Department of Physics, AU has notified that classes for M.Sc. 3rd semester will start from Wednesday, July 9, 2025.

Psychology Department: UG & PG Classes from July 8, 2025
The Department of Psychology, AU has released a detailed schedule:
- B.A./B.Sc. Part II classes will commence from Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at the University of Allahabad, Department of Psychology. Students are instructed to report by 08:55 AM.
- The Orientation Class for M.A./M.Sc. Semester III will be held on Tuesday, July 8, 2025, at 10:30 AM in the Department of Psychology.
Mathematics Department: PG Classes from July 10, 2025
The Department of Mathematics, AU has announced that the classes for M.A./M.Sc. Semester III for the academic session 2025-26 will begin from Thursday, July 10, 2025.
Mathematics classes for M.A./M.Sc. semester III will commence as per the new academic calendar.
