Allahabad University Announces First Cut-Off for MA (Medieval/Modern History) 2025-26
The University of Allahabad has officially published the first cut-off list for MA (Medieval/Modern History) for the academic session 2025-26. Candidates aspiring to take admission in the History program can now check the cut-off marks and admission timeline on the university's official website.
As per the latest notification, the registration and document uploading process begins on 23rd July 2025, and candidates must complete their registration by 25th July 2025, 2:00 PM. The deadline for verification and fee submission is also 25th July 2025, 5:00 PM.
MA History 2025: Category-Wise Cut-Off Marks
The University of Allahabad has specified the following cut-off marks for the MA (Medieval/Modern History) course:
- UR (Unreserved): 148 and above
- OBC (Other Backward Classes): 138 and above
- SC (Scheduled Castes): 123.5 and above
- ST (Scheduled Tribes): All ST Candidates Eligible
- EWS (Economically Weaker Section): 136 and above
Candidates securing the minimum marks as per their category can proceed with the next stage of admission.
Important Guidelines for MA History Admission Process
All shortlisted candidates must upload their necessary documents within the prescribed timeline. After successful verification of documents, candidates will be allowed to submit the fee online. Failure to complete any of the steps by 25th July 2025 will result in cancellation of the admission offer.
