PPG Legal is a Delhi-based law firm specializing in corporate law, taxation, commercial litigation, and regulatory compliance. The firm regularly appears before courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums and advises domestic and international clients on corporate governance and tax matters.

About the Internship

Selected interns will work directly with practicing advocates and partners on:

       •Corporate compliance matters

       •Commercial litigation and disputes

       •Tax advisory and income-tax proceedings

       •Arbitration and regulatory filings

This internship provides an excellent platform for law students and young advocates looking to build a career in corporate and commercial law.

Stipend

Interns will receive a monthly stipend between ₹5,000 and ₹15,000, depending on their qualifications, performance, and experience.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

•Final-year law students (3-year or 5-year LL.B.) OR

•Fresh law graduates enrolled as advocates

•Strong academic background

•Good working knowledge of: 

                           •Companies Act

                           •Code of Civil Procedure (CPC)

                           •Income Tax Laws

•Preference will be given to Delhi / South Delhi residents

•Proficiency in legal drafting, research, and use of legal databases

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

  •Drafting legal notices, pleadings, and replies

  •Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs

  •Assisting in filing matters before courts and tribunals

  •Supporting client meetings and compliance work

  •Attending court hearings and arbitration proceedings

Duration

The internship will be for 3 to 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion into a full-time position based on performance.
