A grand inaugural ceremony was held at Arya Kanya P.G. College for the newly constructed building of the Legal Aid and Service Centre. The event was graced by several distinguished dignitaries and aimed at promoting legal awareness and services among students and the community.

The event was presided over by Mr. Pankaj Jayaswal, Chairman of the College’s Governing Body. In his address to the students, he conveyed his best wishes for their bright future and emphasized the need for students to contribute positively to the development of the nation and society. He inspired the students by referring to Swami Dayanand Ji’s principles and highlighted the growing importance of legal awareness in today’s world.

Chief Guest Advocates for Legal Literacy and Sensitivity

The chief guest for the program was Mr. A.D.J. Manraj Singh Rana from Prayagraj. In his keynote address, he emphasized that legal education plays a crucial role in shaping responsible, understanding, and sensitive individuals. He motivated the students of B.A.LL.B. by saying, “Awaken and rise to walk towards your goal until it is achieved.”


Law: A Need in Every Sector

Special guest Mr. Dinesh Kumar Gautam, A.D.J., Prayagraj, emphasized the increasing demand for legal knowledge in all professional sectors, including medical and engineering. He noted that in the future, legal services will see further expansion and growth.

The program was conducted by the college's Chief Proctor, Dr. Ranjana Tripathi. Dr. Mamta Gupta, Director at Department of Law at Arya Kanya PG College, also addressed the gathering. Other notable attendees included senior advocate Mr. Pradeep Jayaswal, college professors Prof. Irma Rishotiya, Prof. Anup Srivastava, Prof. Neelima Jain, Dr. Sudha Singh, Dr. Amit Pandey, Dr. Priyanka Srivastava, and Dr. Satya Sanchi.

The ceremony marked a significant step toward making legal assistance accessible and empowering students with practical knowledge of the legal system.
