📌 What’s New in AIBE-XX?
The major update is the inclusion of the three new criminal codes (BNS, BNSS, BSA), marking a historic shift in India’s legal system. Law graduates appearing for AIBE-XX will now need to prepare these thoroughly, as they replace long-standing colonial-era codes.
🎯 Why This Matters
AIBE is a mandatory exam for enrollment as an advocate under the Advocates Act, 1961. Clearing it ensures that law graduates are well-versed with practical and core areas of law before entering the profession.
With the updated syllabus, aspirants must balance preparation between core constitutional and procedural laws and specialized subjects like cyber law, environmental law, IPR, and taxation.
