• Legal Intern

Employment Type: Full-time (Associate) / Internship (Intern)
Joining: Immediate joiners preferred

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

Candidates applying for the above roles must meet the following requirements:

• Semi-qualified Company Secretary (CS) with a Law degree
• Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Practical, hands-on approach towards legal and compliance work

🛠️ Key Roles & Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for assisting the legal team in the following areas:

• Drafting and vetting of commercial and corporate contracts
• Handling MCA filings and statutory compliances
• Assisting in corporate governance matters
• Managing Intellectual Property filings
• Preparing Board and Shareholder documentation
• Coordinating with internal departments and cross-functional teams

This role offers excellent exposure to in-house corporate legal work, making it ideal for early-career professionals and law graduates interested in corporate practice.

• 5 Days a Week
• Monday to Friday
