📚 Eligibility Criteria

A. Deputation Basis

• Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis in Central/State Government departments or Tribunals;
  OR
• Stenographers / Personal Assistants in Level 6 or 7 of Pay Matrix with at least 5 years’ regular service in the grade.
• Must possess excellent stenographic and typing skills in English.
• Should have good knowledge of computer applications like MS Word, Excel, etc.
• Maximum Age Limit: 56 years (as on closing date).

B. Re-employment Basis

• Retired Central/State Government Officers who have worked as Private Secretary / Personal Assistant or equivalent.
• Tenure: Initially 1 year, extendable yearly depending on performance and Tribunal’s requirement.
• Service will cease at 65 years of age.

C. Contract / Direct Recruitment Basis

• Graduate from a recognized University.
• Must have stenography proficiency (100 w.p.m.) and typing speed (40 w.p.m.).
• Good working knowledge of computers and office software.
• Preference may be given to candidates having experience in legal/administrative offices or tribunals.
• Age Limit: Up to 45 years (as on the date of advertisement).
• Appointment is co-terminus with the life of the Tribunal and carries no right to regular absorption.

📅 Tenure and Terms

• For deputation: up to 3 years or till the Tribunal’s existence, whichever is earlier.
• For contract/direct recruitment: 1 year, extendable based on performance or Tribunal’s tenure.
