ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Applicants must fulfill the following requirements:
🎓 LL.B. (3-year or 5-year) with minimum 50% marks
⚖️ Must be enrolled with Bar Council of India / State Bar Council
Experience:
📌 Minimum 3 years’ practice as an Advocate
OR
📌 2 years’ experience as a legal professional in PSU / Government / Private organization
💼 Required Skills:
• Strong knowledge of civil matters, arbitration, labour law, and company law
• Good drafting and communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
Candidates having the following experience will be given preference:
⚖️ Practice before Supreme Court / High Courts in mining-related matters
🏢 Experience with legal departments of mining PSUs, government bodies, or large private companies
