The Income Tax Appellate Tribunal is inviting applications for the position of Young Professional. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the field of taxation law, appellate proceedings, legal research, and tax litigation.

Selected candidates will gain exposure to income tax appellate matters, research work, and legal drafting.

Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy the following criteria:

• Must be an Indian National
• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Law from a recognized institution
  OR
• Chartered Accountant (CA)
• Minimum 50% marks in:
  • LL.B. (3-year or 5-year)
  • Postgraduate degree
  • CA qualification

Preferred Qualifications

Preference will be given to candidates with:

• Chartered Accountants with articleship experience in taxation
• Law graduates/postgraduates with taxation research/projects experience
• Knowledge of ICT tools
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
